We are a vegan family of 4 plus a dog traveling in our RV and searched for a vegan restaurant along our way. We were so lucky to find this hidden gem! There is a little area with toys and games for children and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. We were welcomed with our dog in both areas but chose to sit outside on the picnic tables. We thought we ordered way too much food because everything looked so good but ended up eating it all and ordering MORE! We ordered a create your own platter that was PHENOMENAL! “Steak”, plantains, rice, cuban toast, all seasoned to perfection! Texture was on point! The sauces were so fresh and flavorful!! We also got the guava pancakes and let me tell you these were our FAVORITE!!!! So much we ordered TWO plates as we all wanted more!!! Fluffy!!! Guava sauce not fake and super sweet- just right! Whipped cream!!! They were the best!! We also got the “egg, ham and cheese” on brioche bun sandwich- YUMMMMM!!!! We enjoyed some guava juice and passionfruit juice as well. Fresh and perfect with our meal! After all that food we were so (happily) full but too full to eat any desserts… so we ordered some to go!!!! They all look fabulous!! The owners were warm and inviting! It was like visiting family as our children played with theirs and we all talked about a shared love of being vegan. What a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend anyone (vegan or not) looking for phenomenal food and warm atmosphere to eat here! We only wish we had this place closer to our home!!

I really wanted to love this place. Everything looked good, but it didn't taste good. The coffee was definitely the highlight on the Vegan Scoops side of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food fell flat. The eggs were overcooked with an odd, fishy taste and were overly seasoned, while the bacon tasted burnt. The sausage was overdone, and the waffle came out dry even with syrup. We also tried the pancakes, and they were burnt as well. Given the quality and price, I won't return. The service was good though.
