Can't ask for more. Edited: We came back to Seattle and made a b-line to Arayas. I was curious if I had just been romanticizing my memory of how delicious this place was. NOPE! It's extraordinary!!!! This time, I ordered the lunch special and am just amazed at how absolutely delicious each bite is even after I'm full. It's a ton of food and I can't even choose a favorite because each recipe seems to be the BEST! Great job!!!

I haven't been here in so long, but I used to be obsessed, and it was one of my first introductions to vegan food. I came by for a quick lunch catchup with friends and the food was still quite satisfying. We got the lunch deal which was a huge amount of food and variety (dessert included!) so we got tasty leftovers. Staff was very sweet too. The lunch entree options change daily but you can make some choices with customization (curry vs noodles etc), and the spring rolls were super hot and crispy. Glad I came back after all this time :)
