A delight for the tastebuds! Fortunately I managed to get a reservation at Ash & Vine and I highly recommend reserving in advance as the spots fill up fast. Don’t wait until the last minute to book. From the moment I arrived, it was an amazing experience with personable staff and prompt service. I loved the grilled cheese dumplings as they were something I never had before. And the filet was delicious and cooked to perfection. And special thanks to Andrew for being a wonderful server making sure I enjoyed my meal, gave great recommendations and checked in regularly to ensure I was enjoying my meal. I would most definitely come back again for dinner!

This new restaurant in Palm Springs was such a fantastic find. It was a small and intimate environment that felt warm and cozy. They gave me a handwritten card for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. We got the grilled cheese wontons as an appetizer which was very interesting and delicious. The entrees were fantastic and inspired. We got the scallops with risotto and Wahoo fish of the day with sweet rice and papaya salad. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious to finish things off with a shot of espresso. This may be a new restaurant, but I believe this restaurant is the best restaurant in Palm Springs. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Palm Springs and looking forward to going back again.

Palm Springs has never been one of my foodie destinations, mostly because there is so much inconsistency with food quality, creativity, and service. Well… I NOW STAND CORRECTED! A new concept, only about 6 months old… Ash & Vine hits the mark and BULLSEYE on all fronts. I truly enjoyed the ambience , staff, and the food was outstanding. It’s located in a small vintage bungalow and only has eight tables. The owners are all from the restaurant industry; they decided to open up their own concept. Small, quaint, and with a seasonal, expertly drafted menu, it allows them to deliver an exquisite dining experience. They are all workers as well. Not to miss !
