Amazing experience! This is honestly the best café I’ve ever been to. The coffee was super good. I had the Wolverine Benedict, and my husband ordered the Corned Beef and Eggs. Both dishes were incredible. The avocado hollandaise and chipotle hollandaise sauces were amazing, and everything was perfectly seasoned. The portions are very generous (great leftovers that taste just as good the next day!). We also loved the pancake with cream, sugar, and cinnamon. The service was outstanding: fast, attentive, and very friendly staff. They do an amazing job. And the AC was blasting in the best way (super fresh and comfortable!) Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best breakfast we had in Tucson—no question. We ordered their famous Snickerdoodle Pancake, and it was the best pancake we’ve ever had—warm, airy, cinnamon-sweet, and so good it didn’t even need butter or syrup. Absolute perfection. The Cinnamon Roll Pancake was also amazing with its vanilla bean glaze. We tried the Southwestern Smoked Brisket Benedict, which was incredible. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the eggs were perfectly poached, and the Southwest-style sauce tied everything together beautifully. It’s a must-order dish for anyone who loves bold, hearty breakfast flavors. The Train Wreck was a delicious mix of flavors and brought the heat! Everything at Baja Café is scratch-made, creative, and generously portioned. Service is wonderful—the staff is noticeably HAPPY, friendly and fast, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and every dish coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. If you’re searching for Tucson’s top breakfast spots, Baja Café should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

Was just at y’all’s restaurant today and had a great time, the server we had was a bit forgetful but even more considerate and patient. Tony I think? Had wonderful recommendations. Will come again if I’m ever around. I don’t usually write reviews but god damn yall rocked. The food was amazing, I had this plate with the two brisket quesadillas ,sunny side egg, bacon and hash-browns. There is a good portion to price ratio and a clear use of fresh ingredients.I hope whoever cooked my meal always has financial stability and recognizes the absolute talent they have in making food into a wonderful experience. I hope yall have a good day and may your business flourish <3
