The dim sum was decent by KC standards. However, the service wasn't great at all since for some reason wait staff kept forgetting the menu items we ordered even though there is clearly a checkmark on the sheet that they marked down themselves that we wanted.

Ordered takeout online. Went for curbside pickup a little after the time the food was estimated to be ready. Called to let them know we were at the curbside pickup spot and they said our food wasn’t ready yet, but they’d bring it out when it was done. Called again after half an hour of waiting and they said they don’t have anyone to bring the food out and to go pick it up inside. Stood in the pickup line for another half hour before I was able to flag an employee down who said they just dropped my food off at the car 😑 never had service problems like this at the old Plaza location
