This is hands down the best street food in Austin! We tried their Dahi puri, Rajkachori and Vada pav.. every dish we had was not just yummy but also fresh. Highly recommend ✌️

Best food truck in Austin - Bombay Wala Chaat. It was a wonderful experience! Arman made sure everything arrived on time. We ordered Vad pav, pav bhaji, Raj Kachori, Aloo Tikki Chaat and Samosa Chaat - all of which were delicious.For drinks, we also tried Bombay cutting chai so hot and fresh for prefect weather. Overall, a great spot for authentic flavors and received best service experience.We will again come back for sure.

One of my favorite food trucks in Austin – Bombay Wala Chaat never disappoints! The food is always fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. I’ve tried several items like Papdi Chaat, Dahi Vada, Pav Bhaji, Sev Puri, Chai, and Vada Pav, and everything has been great. My top favorites are definitely the Papdi Chaat and Dahi Vada – both are amazing and perfectly made. This place easily deserves a 5/5. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic and delicious Indian street food in Austin. Must-try: Papdi Chaat & Dahi Vada
