I call places like this the ‘Trifecta of Five Stars’ Amazing food, Amazing service (and cleanliness), Amazing value. -Food and drinks are consistent -Full breakfast, treats or just drinks -To go orders are easy -Gluten free options (but be forewarned that equipment is not gluten free) Overall—One of those little, cool places that you’ll get excited to go back to.

Was visiting from out of town and my daughter wanted Boba so we found this place. Super cute inside! The waffle and boba menus are AMAZING!!! Lots of cute little gift boutique section, but the photo op wall was prob my fave…! Service left a lot to be desired (both girls on shift were very ‘cold’). 😒 Will definitely be back for Boba and maybe waffles!

Decent Boba at a reasonable price. I haven't tried the waffles yet, but the milk tea and smoothie were delicious. The tapioca boba were the perfect texture.
