I had a really disappointing experience at Bueno y Sano on Cooley Street. When I came in, no one greeted me or asked what I wanted to order. I was barely acknowledged at all. Then, when a white man walked in right after me, the staff immediately greeted him with kindness and attentiveness. As a Black woman, it was disheartening to be treated as if I didn’t belong, especially by other people of color. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect and attention, and I truly hope this location takes this feedback seriously and reflects on how they treat their customers.

I had the Korean BBQ Rib tacos (2) and 1 pulled pork. I believe they left off the BBQ sauce and forgot to fry the rib on the Korean tacos, they were good but dry, I had plenty of other sauce for them but was disappointed. The pulled pork w/ spicy BBQ was outstanding. All in all, great experience, I recommend.

Good food, but for the love of God, get the online orders right. I've asked for 2 sides of sour cream with my burrito, and only get 1 the past three times I've ordered. Cut the crap and get it right!
