We are here for lunch just now. I had a falafel wrap and my girlfriend had a chicken gyro wrap. She loved her chicken. It smelled amazing! My falafel was cooked perfectly and the tahini pickles tomatoes lettuce and pita completed the dish, flawlessly. Highly recommend you trying it out! We were very pleased.

Absolutely terrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could. We placed an order for dinner tonight. My husband stated there was a dairy allergy and we requested salad without cheese and sandwiches without sauce. My husband picked up our food and immediately upon arriving home noticed that the sandwiches were covered in dairy. We immediately called. We spoke to the cashier who told us the sandwiches would be remade for us. We asked if she wanted us to bring the other sandwiches back. She said let me go ask someone. She came back and notified us that we didn’t need to bring the sandwiches back but could come right in to pick up the corrected order. My husband said great I’m on my way back and I’m not bringing the other sandwiches. She said okay see you soon. My husband arrived, the new sandwiches were done, but because we didn’t bring the old sandwiches back they refused to give my husband the new sandwiches. He explained that we had just talked on the phone and showed them the photo of his sandwiches covered in sauce. They still refused to accommodate us. He did not have time to drive back and fourth for a third time. They refused to let him leave without paying for the corrected sandwich. I immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. The cashier told me that she was the only one there along with the two cooks. She refused to provide me any way to contact her manager, when the manager would be in, anyone else I could speak to, or give me her name. She did not offer an apology and had a horrible attitude on the entire call. We had been coming here on a regular basis since they opened and referred many friends and family there. When I explained my disgust with the way this situation was being handled and that they made us pay MORE money for THEIR mistake and that we wouldn’t be coming back she said that was my husband and my fault. I asked her why she would change her mind after telling my husband and I explicitly that we didn’t need to bring the wrong sandwiches back. She said it was from her “manager” who is not in the building and cannot be contacted.

The food is good the service sucks! I requested extra sauce. When I see there isn’t extra sauce the lady says 1.00. I’m like ok. Then she follows me to my table and says are you going to give a bad review l! I asked her to walk away so I can eat. Which I had to say thank you 5 times for her to walk away! Then she says people like you want stuff for free. I continued to say thank you so she would walk away. I would suggest going to the one on greenfield & McKellips instead! And skip the AJ location
