Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I had a really pleasant dining experience with Parker! He was really nice, fast, attentive, and have a thorough knowledge of the menu. Jose was very friendly, fast and attentive! The food was amazing! I had the seasonal lettuce which was really refreshing, the roasted mushroom was delicious and smoky, and the pork belly was tasty! I would definitely come back!

Brunch at Cedar + Elm offers a relaxing Pacific Northwest dining experience set inside the beautiful Lodge at St. Edward State Park. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, with large windows and scenic surroundings that make it feel like a peaceful escape from the city. The menu focuses on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and standout dishes like eggs Benedict, and fried chicken sandwich are flavorful and thoughtfully presented. Service is attentive, and the cocktails and drinks complement the meal well. While the menu can be somewhat limited and prices lean toward the upscale side, the quality of the food and the stunning setting make it a great spot for a brunch with friends.

It's good quiet hotel restaurant, vine map is good, same for coffee, teas, small but nice selection of beer. Breakfast and lunch options for food are limited but strong. Steak salad and burger were really good. What can be better is interior, while it's nice it's a bit too simple and cold. Although I do like big windows and outside views to park. On a workday there were few occasional clients, so it's quite and their music is good, not loud. Service was good too, nothing special but just good.
