Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

It was typical good Chipotle lunch. Went there early. One employee was setting up a catering order, pulling what was needed from the walk in line. There wasn't much left of some stuff. I'm not sure why the don't pull the catering from the back. I've never worked ff.... so not sure. Small seating area.

I ordered cheese, sour cream, white rice and steak. They put this tannish spicy stuff into my food. I cannot handle spice it rips apart my stomach. I also don't understand why that would even be added into my food when my order is extremely simple. The little girl working at the window who made me food needs to get a new job this is ridiculous.

I had an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience at the Norwalk Chipotle while picking up a DoorDash order. I arrived about five minutes early because my DoorDash app showed the order was supposed to be ready at :45 after the hour — which is completely normal, as drivers rely on the timing provided to us. Instead of simply explaining the timing difference respectfully because her screen showed it wasnt ready until :50 after the hour, the employee (possibly a manager, handling takeout orders) immediately became hostile. She aggressively flipped her screen toward me, slammed her finger down on it, and said that her system showed a different time and that it didn’t matter because I was “just a DoorDasher.” I attempted multiple times to calmly explain that I was only trying to clarify the timing difference and even asked her to come speak with me directly instead of yelling across the store. She continued to raise her voice publicly and ultimately threatened to refuse service solely because I was a delivery driver. Delivery drivers are partners helping your business fulfill orders - not customers to be belittled or spoken down to. Being treated as “less than” and publicly disrespected for doing my job is completely unacceptable. I hope management reviews staff training on professionalism and respect toward third-party drivers, because this interaction was embarrassing, unnecessary, and reflects poorly on the store.
