I don’t frequent this area often, and this was my first time attempting to order here. When I approached the counter, I looked at the menu board but had a few questions about the ordering process. There were two employees engaged in a conversation. I said “excuse me” and tried to ask for assistance, but I was repeatedly directed back to the menu board without my question being addressed. When I attempted one final time to ask for clarification, I was told, “Look at the board, ma’am. By the time you get to us, you should know what you want.” As a first-time customer unfamiliar with the process, that response felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people return, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that my business was not valued. I chose to keep my money and leave. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve the level of professionalism and customer care provided to future guests.

I was looking for a vegan gluten-free lunch at the airport. I got a make-your-own salad with baby greens lettuce, cucumber, tofu, tomatoes, corn, peanuts, avocado, onions, carrots, cilantro, and a vinaigrette dressing. They didn’t have any tofu today, and the dressing could have been a little more flavorful, but I’m thankful to find a safe food option here at the airport. The server was friendly, quick to help me, and even pointed out another restaurant that had tofu if I wanted some. I’d definitely come again!

Had to show some love. The older woman with the grey locs was so sweet. Yes the staff was talking when I arrived but I politely asked how I order once there was a lull in conversation and they were very quick to serve me. Fresh food, the spicy peanut dressing is not spicy tho (which I actually needed today). Great choice around a lot of rich and dense other food options. AFFORDABLE TOO - $11.55 when many things at other restaurants here are $15-$20 minimum. Got this at 12:15pm on a Monday btw.
