Very friendly and informative. They always have great recommendations if you can't decide on what to eat. Every meal that my wife and I have had has been excellent. You got to try the chicken bacon ranch flatbread with sweet potato fries. One of the best places to eat in Quincy!!!

Great place to grab a healthy meal! I tried a custom bowl and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked with great flavor. They offer pre-made individual meals with macros listed on each package. They also sold shakes, snacks, and packaged protein shake mixes. Staff was friendly and the cafe was very clean. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service (friendly and helpful), delicious food even when compared to all the unhealthy alternatives in town. It’s a great spot to pick up a quick bite or stock up on meals for the week! The grab & go’s are all great and the meal plan is too easy + a great bang for your buck! Highly Recommend!!!
