First time in town, so we wanna to have breakfast here, good food but a little disappointing they didn't have steaks that day, otherwise I'd probably have given them 5 stars. Good service, good ambiance, I love the store at the entrance.

We were at this location this past Saturday morning. Our waitress was very nice and attentive…. She returned to our table after taking our order to tell us that there was a huge To Go order and there would be a delay… 1 hour later we received our simple orders that were barely eatable… I’m not sure how pancakes could be cooked so hard, couldn’t even be cut with a knife. The bacon was totally burnt and the waitress did ask if we wanted it replaced. We were on a time crunch after waiting over an hour after sitting down so couldn’t wait for replacement. Very sad and what a waste. Kids left hungry.

We went mid-afternoon thinking it wouldn't be too busy, which is wasn't. We waited at the hostess station for more than 7 minutes to be addressed at all. Our waiter, Maverick, was very helpful, friendly and attentive but good service was limited by the kitchen. It took a very long time to get our food, especially considering the small number of customers in there. The food was really good, as expected. When we were leaving, the cashier and, I believe, the hostess were talking loudly between each other quite negatively about another employee who they believed had been dismissed. It was ridiculously rude and was an interruption of service to those of us in line to checkout.
