My daughter and I drove from Melissa to get an order to go. Service was awesome and the young man that took our order was very helpful in describing the menu items before we ordered. I had been following Chris and John on FB and I told them that I would be stopping by on 3/04 and we did. We ordered enough for 2 days. Because we don't know how long it would be before we made the drive to Dallas again it's pretty far from Melissa but definitely worth the drive and the portions are FULL portions not just a little bit of this and a little bit of that.

We tried the Angry Pho Birria platter for two and everything was honestly so good. The platter came with birria baos, birria tacos, wings (we got the sweet chilli), and a spicy short rib pho…all packed with flavor and cooked perfectly tender. There was a line out the door to order when we arrived, but it moved pretty quickly. This is definitely a casual pop-in spot: you order, get seated, food comes out fast, you eat, and you’re on your way. No fuss, just good food. Every item was seasoned really well, the birria was rich and flavorful, and the pho had a great spicy depth. Portions were generous and perfect for sharing. Simple setup, great execution. We’ll definitely be back!

I came for the Pho but after seeing everything they have to offer, I could hardly decide. They have some amazing combination plates but I opted for the beef ramen and im so glad I did! Deep flavors, tender beef, fresh garnishment and insanely delicious broth. I asked for hosin and sirracha sauce but didnt need either it was absolutely perfect. Even though I opted for the patio seating the interior was spacious and clean. No line at 1pm, friendly staff and my meal was delivered quickly. I LOVE the Mexican spin on old favorites. I would love to have one close to me downtown Dallas, but i will be coming back to sample a bunch of other items and will update the review soon. Shoutout to the staff who were super pleasant, checked on the patio patrons 4 different times. Incredible service, well worth the price AND the drive no matter where you are coming from. Do yourself a "flavor" and eat here, you won't be disappointed.
