I’m not sure why I still buy anything from this location. For the past TWELVE times, my order has been wrong and apparently the staff has minimum to zero qualification to understand what we are asking. I’m so sick of this place and this is the last time that my family and I will buy anything from them. Asked for kiwi and they put banana on my açaí, which I could ignore if this didn’t happen every single time and if wasn’t allergic to bananas.

I’m really disappointed because I normally enjoy this location and visit often since I live just a few blocks away. On my most recent visit, I came in for an açaí bowl and the customer service was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. It was completely out of line with the friendly experiences I’ve had here before. In a time where kindness and basic respect matter so much in our community, this interaction left a bad impression and is the reason I won’t be returning for now. I honestly wish I should have turned around to bring my açaí bowl back for a full refund because of the service. Too upset to eat it, and don’t think they deserve my hard earned money. I’m not posting this to complain, but because I hope management will provide additional customer service training so future guests don’t have the same experience. I’m happy to update this review if the situation is addressed. Love & Light ❤️

We had a great experience at the Apple Valley Crisp & Green. My wife has a tree nut allergy and Kissa, the manager made sure that my wife wouldn’t get any cross contamination. The food was served quick and was absolutely delicious. The service at this location was top notch! Well done!
