Crust Kitchen & Bar

Wow! I stayed at nearby hotel and saw the ratings so I figured I should try this place...it did not disappoint. Really cool bar, almost seemed like two different locations, one room u order food and/or pick it up, second room is for eating or the hipster bar. Awesome bar side for sure. If I wasn't still working, I'd have been pulled into the bar by the gods for sure- just felt like that kind of place. Food was amazing, I had falafel based on reviews, it was a meal itself. But then the employee found out I was a 1st timer and he totally sold me on the negotiator. Funny thing, the two customers waiting for their food both also told me to get it! The employee making the food and the lady at bar were super cool and nice, heck, even the customers were cool! Food was really good, I mean amazing, if I had one little tiny feedback- I'd suggest more meat on the bread. I'm the guy willing to spend another buck or two on more meat, but different strokes I guess. Anyway, don't miss this place!

If rude is what you want for sit down…we sat down at the bar and weren’t acknowledged- a menu was placed in front…no hi, no can I get you a drink, nothing. Opted for take out - they weren’t very friendly either. The bread was great. Not a very generous portion for the money, though. Prime rib was very well done. I wouldn’t go back.

The Infamous bowl (+falafel) was amazing! Super crispy chicken and falafel. Flavorful mashed potatoes and an incredible gravy. So happy I happened to pick this place when driving thru Rome, NY. I’ll be back next time i’m in the area for sure.
