Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is the best brunch place I found in Columbus and also my favourite place so far. Their Biscuits and Sausage gravy and Pumpkin soup are my best preferences. Honey apple pie is quite good too. This place was first recommended to me by my friend and I also recommended this place to many of my friends so far. You should definitely try it. You won’t be dissatisfied for a second!

We loved this place! Off street parking. The food was delicious, price was fair about $13-16 per person, service was friendly and seating area was comfortable and clean. It was a little chilly in the room but overall very comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Dough Mama is a small Cozy Brunch spot with a vibrant atmosphere and laid back charm. They serve Thunderkiss Coffee (a local roaster) and cups are bottomless and complementary milk/cream/sugar is available. There are all day breakfast and lunch options, with their main focus being their cheddar and scallion biscuits. We ordered the biscuits and gravy and the Avocado biscuit sandwich. Our biscuits were flaky, soft, and seasoned just right. Delicious, if but a little cold. The gravy had an asian spice profile to it, which while i personally enjoyed it, I can see how it could throw others off. The sandwich simple, nice and light. The prices are a little steep but the food was executed well and the coffee is a great deal and excellent. I would definitely come here in the morning with friends for a morning hangout!
