Cute little hidden gem. The food was fantastic and savory. We went on a Monday night. There was a family celebrating someone’s birthday. But it wasn’t loud. Very enjoyable evening. I look forward to returning to try something different.

I wanted to take a new friend to try out the Downtown Peru and it did not disappoint!!! As usual, they served fried corn as a little snack before our appetizer and food came out, which is such a nice touch. We order Arroz chaufa con Pollo and and one with camarones. Make sure to have space for dessert, we split a cheesecake de maracuay (passion fruit taste) Everything was flavorful, and the atmosphere was great. Laly is an amazing chef! You can tell she takes pride in all that she makes!! Can’t wait to come back again.....

Tried out Downtown Peru and it did not disappoint! We both ordered the half chicken, I got sweet potato fries, and my husband got yucca fries. Both were delicious, and the salads were fresh and crisp. They even served fried corn as a little snack before our food came out, which was such a nice touch. Everything was flavorful, and the atmosphere was great. We’ll definitely be back
