Hailey Sprague is amazing! Her bartending skills are impeccable. We sat at the bar and watched her make drinks with perfect pours and my vanilla Lattini was absolutely amazing! Carla made my 2nd one and just as delicious. Both ladies were very personable and helpful. Crab Rangoon omelet was delicious as was the jalapeño hash app was to die for! Definitely coming back!

Stopped in after a meeting to unwind a tad and grab a bite to eat. They have a quiet tucked back all seasons room with a great view. Service was excellent thanks to haley and the cold bubbly mimosa paired with a warm latte was perfect! Had a steak egg bagel and it was to die for i was so hungry i forgot a pic. 😅 definitely worth a try!!

My husband and I visited Early Bird Ankeny for the first time and had a fantastic experience! We arrived right when they opened and were the first customers of the day. The staff greeted us warmly with big smiles and were friendly the entire time. All of our dishes came out quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. I had the El Gordo Morning Burrito, and it was amazing—the meat was tender and flavorful, and every bite tasted fresh. My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Steak; while he wasn’t a fan of the pork sausage gravy (he’s very picky about that!), I personally thought it was delicious. He also ordered a spiked apple cider, which he absolutely loved, and I had a hot chocolate that was SO good—topped with roasted marshmallows and perfectly balanced (not too watery or overly sweet). Everything was great quality and came out in a timely manner. It is on the pricier side, but for the amount of food, the quality, and the excellent service, it’s absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be coming back!
