Edge Gourmet Street Kitchen

We found this restaurant on a random site for food trucks! We had wanted a food truck feel at our wedding and we got just that. We ended up having a couple of fancy appetizers as well as a couple of bbq options and a Portobello mushroom burger as well for the vegetarian option, plus some sides, and it was truly delicious. I do feel like it was a little bit pricey for what we got; however I personally would rather pay a bit more for a smaller, local business with a different twist on food and a true passion for what they do, and I will say that our guests had nothing but positive things to say about them, and we actually ended up running out because our guests started going back for seconds! I wish a had a few more pictures of what we had, unfortunately these are the only two that we have.

Got rejected at Teocalli and found these guys at Odd13. So good!! The brisket Philly is stupendous. Great food and cool friendly guys in the truck! My wife had the portabello tacos and loved them all over her face. Nice job guys. We will be looking for you around town. Sorry about the pic. All gone.

My wife and I have come here several times since moving to Frederick. Both Peel Pizza and Edge Gourmet Kitchen (located in the same storefront) have phenomenal food and fantastic service. The atmosphere is also stellar (vibes are immaculate if you’re about that kind of thing). Seriously though, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
