Ela Mediterranean is an absolute gem! I tried the liver (ciğer) and Adana kebab, and both were outstanding, perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of authentic flavor. You can truly taste the quality and care in the food. The atmosphere is just as special as the cuisine. It has a beautiful Bodrum-style meyhane vibe…warm, stylish, and inviting, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The whole experience felt like a little escape to the Turkish coast.
