First time coming here, and also my first time trying açaí. Leah was so sweet and friendly! She made great recommendations and even let me try a sample to make sure I liked what I was getting. Awesome customer service, not to mention the Nutella bowl I got was phenomenal; super fresh and delicious. Definitely will be returning!

YES YES OH YES! This is THEEE place for açaí bowls in Des Moines Iowa. 9 different bases to choose from and all taste amazing! *PRO TIP* Servers let you sample the base before picking. If they don't ask you may ask and they will gladly help. The bases all taste like ice cream! Toppings are generous and fresh. All the bases are premade and scooped to order. No need to wait for blending. Customer service was great and acknowledged that we were new. I appreciated all the help and expertise. Spent $24.xx with tip They also offer their own coffee, smoothies, and juice to go. Nice collection of merch too. Love the vibe and environment. Very modern, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend Everbowl and I will definitely be back and not going anywhere else!

After finding out I'd been over-charged for months (there's an considerable upcharge for delivery on bowls that isn't noted when you order & isn't included for other restaurants), it was disappointing that the manager I spoke with did nothing to make it right and wasn't sympathetic. I would never have gotten delivery had I known GrubHub was charging so much more for the item and claiming it was free delivery with Amazon prime. I understand that wasn't necessarily Everbowl's decision but a coupon or store credit of any kind would have gone a long way to keep my business and showed me they care. I won't be ordering from them again.
