Stopped by Evergreen inside the airport and was honestly surprised by how solid the experience was. The food exceeded expectations for an airport spot, especially considering it was my first time trying it. What really stood out was the efficiency and there’s a QR code to order ahead, which I took a picture of since I fly out of this airport often and am usually in a rush. That alone makes this place much more convenient than most nearby options. I ordered the food to-go and ended up eating it on the plane, and it held up well and tasted fresh. Portions were reasonable and the overall quality felt consistent. Service was decent. There was nothing overly memorable, but no issues either. The operation felt organized and well-suited for travelers on tight schedules. This is the kind of airport food option I’d actually plan around next time. Busy airport atmosphere, small area but live music in the common space. Delicious, fresh salad and dressing, although a bit small for the cost. East app to order & pay. Great airport option!

Delightful server (was my first time 😁) and I have some dietary requirements. I did "build your own" and chose chicken, avocado, hummus, beets, cucumber, arugula and feta. It tasted really good and I'll be back.
