Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Hard to comment on atmosphere in a food hall, but I digress.. LOVE the Falafel Kitchen!! The food is amazing and the service is quick, friendly, and fast. I went there last week for a falafel pita and it was just really good. The pita bread is clearly made in house and had a lovely flavor. Today, I opted for a bowl of lentil soup and a mini chicken shawarma pita. First, I love how they have a smaller version, but secondly, the chicken pita with babba was amazing. The chicken was marinated perfectly and it was all very flavorful. I will be there again!

I’m celiac and read great things about Falafel Kitchen. Decided to grab the Sharma Fries. Best decision of my life. Or at least my evening. They are literally so good, and the server was knowledgeable about my food issues. Absolutely will be back… like tomorrow.

My very first time eating here. I chose the shawarma fries $13. I am so glad I did! That is comfort food as we know it. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful . My order was piping hot and fresh. Very pleased. I got a piece of walnut baklava$4.25 as well. A little pricey for lunch break meal so won’t be dining often. Also be mindful of the seasoning on the chicken. I believe it’s turmeric or curry but either way this meal is a tad messy and will stain especially white!
