The vending machine concept at this airport eatery has garnered praise for its fresh and good-tasting food at reasonable prices. Reviewers have consistently enjoyed the pesto pasta, green goddess salad, and harvest salad, with many noting the tasty dressings. These plant-based options make for a convenient and healthy pick-up meal at the airport. Be aware that utensils and napkins are not provided with the food, so plan accordingly. Some reviewers have noted that the portions can be sparse, and the premium price is largely due to the convenience factor. Reservations are not necessary, but be prepared for potential wait times, especially during peak travel periods.

Excerpts

This look like such a great concept good reasonable price food in a vending machine it looked fresh and good tasting. My wife and I ordered. Trying to get the stickers off of her box and my bowl required longer fingernails than either one of us had, or a knife yeah a knife at a airport! Trying to eat pasta pesto pasta, with your fingers because they don't include utensils napkins or anything else to eat the food that they vended you. What do they expect customers to do? They claim a touch less vend but their software can be in a mode that doesn't show code hence you need to touch it to get it in the right mode. A great idea that is extremely poorly executed they need to talk to their customers and figure out what customers really want and need. I would not buy from them again. Even though the food tasted great once I poured it in my mouth.

Interesting concept for a healthy pick up meal at the airport. Baja bowl was pretty good but sparse. You’re definitely paying a premium for convenience. Utensils and napkins are on the side of the fridge below the icon. Would get again in a pinch.

Saw them on shark tank and it looks like they have a machine in a few of the terminals at LAX. Really great option to have if none of the food place is appealing. We tried the green goddess salad on our way out, it was so tasty, we got a couple more salads - harvest and Cobb along with pesto pasta on our way back, the dressings are all soooo good! Actually these machines were life saver since we got in past midnight and nothing was open, and with the machine being open 24hours, we managed to have a light and decent meal prior to bed (got a room across the street at Hyatt). We love all four options we tried so far, wished the portions were larger and hope they'll expand out of the terminals! Salad jars are around $13 and pasta are about 2/3rd the size at around $10 which I think is appealing and also factoring airport location
