Still the one! We’ve been enjoying Fleurie since 2016 and they’re still the benchmark for gourmet presentation, taste and service. Their prix fixe menu is surprisingly expansive with plenty of choices and the wine pairings are outstanding. The sommelier is a consummate professional, bringing an impressive resume in his own right. Restaurant vibe has good energy without excessive chaos, and table conservation was quite easy. Romantic and well-polished restaurant with impeccable service and delicious food! Loved everything, from the bread, canapés, and cocktails to the scallops, salad, veal chop, desserts, and more. Lots of little "amuse"-ments come with the Prix Fixe menu, all around creative, unique, and flavorful dishes!

Fleurie has always been one of my favorite restaurants, yet we have not been able to dine here lately. It felt that things have stepped up a notch, which I didn't think was possible, as they were very good in the past. Everything was excellent, and we dined mid-week. Each course was meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and even the perfectly placed grain of salt was the exact detail needed to round out the complete bite of food. I was able to live in Europe for several years and dined in Michelin starred restaurants in France, and Fleurie offered this same experience. This chef knows what they are doing. The highlights were the amuse-bouche between each course, because they were all different, perfectly timed with flavor, and exceptional. The servers were true professionals (and we learned later, apparently understaffed, yet you would never know. The service was seamless). It is a higher end cost, yet for a special occasion, I am happy to pay this, because the food, service, wine list, and atmosphere were excellent. I cannot wait to return.
