Took an hour to get our food. Not terribly busy inside (2:15pm after lunch rush). Several tables came in after we ordered our entrees got their food well before us. The manager came by and stated the blue plates are quicker and we came in behind a big party. I got the Shrimp and Grits and my husband got the Hamburger Steak blue plate. When it came out, mine was hot but the Hamburger Steak plate was cold. My guess is the blue plate sat while everything else was waiting to be prepared. Waiter and manager were super friendly and tried to resolve our issues as best as they could. My husband is very easy going and he was pretty disappointed. Atmosphere was chill. Despite the issues, I would give them a second chance.

I think Georgia Blue have stepped it up. It's been a while since I've waten here but I've ordered the bayou catfish on several occasions and this time has succeeded the others. My son seemed to enjoy the pizza. We also ordered the peach cobbler. At first I thought it was too much dough but the dough was really good with it's buttery flavor and right amou t of sweetness.

We’ve always loved GB. We enjoyed a few cocktails and a few appetizers after a sad time saying goodbye to a great friend of ours. We enjoyed the Dynamite Shrimp and the Fried Crawfish Tails. We took home some chicken tenders for the kids.
