Ginger Hibachi

Ginger Hibachi was recommended by a coworker. He had found it while traveling for work. Since we travel a lot, I figured I would try it, so I stopped in for dinner. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi with fried rice. The food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. I recommend skipping lunch and probably breakfast if you plan on stopping by for dinner. The amount of food you get is incredible! The food is fresh and delicious and their homemade spicy mustard is fantastic! A little bit of that mustard goes a long way, so buckle up. The restaurant has a nice little local joint type vibe and is located in quaint part of town. Order at the counter, get your own drink and grab a seat and food is delivered to the table. Parking is diagonal street parking that can fill up quick depending on day and time. The staff / owners are very friendly and care about their customers. I have since eaten there every time I travel through the area. It is totally worth getting off the highway a bit and enjoying real food. I hope you enjoy it too.

I can't rave enough about this place! The service was so fast and everyone was so nice, especially the blond woman working the front counter (i didn't get her name!). Their sauces were to die for and there are even some that are made from scratch by the owner. The portion sizes are super good for the price, I will easily get two meals from it. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be going back!

First time customer and HIGHLY impressed!! Delicious food and the portion size is enough to have some now and later which I love! Exceptional value for the cost!
