On 02/24/2026 visited Grain & Berry. I was a first‑time customer and ordered the Meat Your Heart quesadilla online. It was ready in about 10 minutes. When I walked in, I was greeted with so much enthusiasm and genuine happiness that it immediately set the tone for my morning. I said “good morning,” and the staff member lit up even more. She asked for my order info and cheerfully said, “Oh great, I just finished making it!” She let me know they were out of basil but everything else was still on it. I told her that was no problem and thanked her and she replied, “I made it with love.” That honestly shocked me in the best way. You don’t get customer service like that every day. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and just working with People can be beyond frustrating. It truly takes a happy, genuine person to greet customers with that kind of enthusiasm. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews I typically grab my food and go, and if something’s off, I just mention it to my spouse and move on. But this experience deserved recognition. On top of the amazing service, the quesadilla was delicious and tasted like pizza. I’ll definitely be going back.

Fantastic! This is an adorable place that is very focused on health. It’s clean and inviting. I appreciate their attention to food allergy detail. The prices are higher than you would spend on your typical fast lunch but the portions are huge. Highly recommend.

The grand opening was busy and ordering took a long time. They also changed their special from 1st 100 people to 1st 100 households; but even still some households got more than 1 including some children; which was frustrating having my wife standing around for hours for nothing. The kitchen service was very fast and convenient. The menu was very easy to read. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food was accurate and delicious. With the exception of the offer and ordering process, which were significantly unpleasant, It could be a good place.
