Large offering and friendly wait staff that keeps your drinks full
First off the food was cold, rubbery, was not fresh, bland and soup was watered down. I came on a Saturday evening, I complained to the manager about the food she said it was hot it's kept on warmers, I told her that doesn't make it hot or fresh and the fact her and her staff watch every move you make and what you put on your plate is very uncomfortable. She did not try to offer a discount or anything to compensate for the food. I will never come back to this establishment. Bay city needs a real Chinese buffet this is not it👎🏾

Been with Grand Buffet since the first day they opened. The food is always very good and delicious, it's kept fresh and hot! The owners and staff are very sweet people and they take good care of their business, the Buffet, and thier customers. If you are looking for a good place to eat, then stop by Grand Buffet and get an excellent meal with a very friendly staff and excellent service.
