The food and service were both a complete letdown. When ordering a $25 burger, you would expect the cook temp to be correct. A Well done burger was given to me instead of the Medium Rare I ordered. Fries were cold & stale. Our server was informed and proceeded to explain his reasoning as to why I did not like my burger. He said it was because of the "gluten free" bun they used. I simply showed him the burger and asked if it looked MR. He had zero clue what I was talking about. Granted, he gave me some new fries. A lady who I assumed was the manager was continually walking through the dining room and to the host stand. Never said a word to us when we entered, not during our meals, nor when we left. You would think a new business might want to speak with tables who had issues with food quality. You would also assume a manager might want to speak with all tables and inquire about their experience? Obviously this place could care less. The only positive part of this experience was the friendly hosts. At least they know how to smile and greet people coming in while thanking them when they leave. The manager working should observe these young ladies and learn a few things about the hospitality industry.

I have anxiously been waiting to try this restaurant out and today was the day. I made an online reservation and was able to get in within a 30 min time frame. The ambience was absolutely beautiful and inviting..The service and food was just as great. I had the classic breakfast with biscuits. Everything was scrumptious! I can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful restaurant, I have been there many times. My new favorite place in Bluffton.
