We had a great experience at Hanabi Sushi Hibachi and Ramen. The staff was very nice and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Service was attentive without being overwhelming. The food was excellent. The Mermaid Roll was especially good — the banana in it gives a unique, slightly sweet touch that really works and sets it apart from typical rolls. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ramen was delicious as well — rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and full of flavor. Overall, a solid spot for sushi and ramen with friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I ate here for the first time the other day. Love the minimalist modern decor, pleasant not too loud music, good service and food. We got the sushi sashimi deluxe for two. It was very fresh and very good. When you get this type of dish, there’s not much you can do to cover if the fish isn’t good. And that was not the case here because the fish was very good. The food also came with a really nice presentation. So far the best sushi that I’ve had in the Hudson/Port Richey area. Good drink selection and we love hot sake so we got that. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other dishes, like Ramen, hibachi, and Undon.

The sushi was delicious!!! My daughter ordered the shrimp and avocado roll which we thought may have been tempura but it wasn’t, nonetheless. It was good. They brought us out a Mexican roll to be kind. I subbed soy paper on mine for an extra $2 which was well worth it. Crab Rangoon was delicious as well. Service was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
