During my gastric sleeve these meals really saved me. My family eats different from me and it found it pointless to spend on meals if I could not eat what they ate. I’m a busy mother of three. I run a salon and I’m constantly on the go. I have been off and on for a while. Today I reached out asking for smaller portions as I have had my sleeve turned into a gastric bypass and the owner adjusted it for me!!! Anyone who has had or is going to have weight loss surgery should really look into these meals. You can adjust the protein and size as you go and honestly I spend less on these meals than I would prepping them at home and the convenience definitely worth every penny!!!
