Delicious vegan Carne Asada Sopes, delicious everything! Love that the menu rotates, so I get to try new things each week. A great vegan pop up in ATL, usually at Amano in Mondays but LOVE when they do it at Beuna Vidas Tapas and Sol. Great atmosphere! Everyone is super nice as well! Dont forget the Aqua Fresca or the desserts they offer 😍

Can’t recommend Happy Seed enough! The best vegan food in Atlanta. Their queso is truly unbelievable (none of my non-vegan friends can believe it’s totally dairy free, it’s that creamy and delicious). Everything on the menu, from the empanadas to their crunch wraps, is a home run. We look forward to it nearly every Monday!
