Hotco has the most delicious noodles - specifically, the house noodles! They’re the best homemade noodles I’ve ever had and the oil/sauce that it is tossed in is incredible. You can choose the level of spiciness. I also love that they give you a big portion of noodles rather than add a bunch of veggies as filler. Have tried a few of their other menu items and everything is delicious. Staff is always friendly. I hope this place stays around forever, because I can’t imagine not getting my regular Hotco fix!

Words aren’t enough. Everything was so good! My only regret is that I couldn’t eat more. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dishes accurate, hot, and delicious. So so SO GOOD. Cannot recommend enough! We got the house noodles, octopus balls, and cat dumplings. Oh my god are they ever cute. Please eat here, you won’t regret it.

Jaime was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items answering all of our questions. We ordered the dandan noodles with minced pork & tofu, medium- LEGENDARY 💥 The Hotco House noodles, medium, with karage chicken- DYNAMITE 💥 shake shake chicken- SHOOK 💥 mango smoothie and guava smoothie paired stunningly with all the flavors. The price was incredibly fair for the portion size and the quality. The fried items were ultra crunchy with zero detectable oil. The sauces and seasonings were fresh, sophisticated, and palate pleasing. 11/10 will absolutely make the 120 mile round trip to visit again <3 PS the dining area was nearly spotless and the restroom were clean.
