We ordered the veggie bowl with falafel and it was fresh and flavorful. The falafel was perfectly crispy outside and soft inside. Carolina was very helpful and gave us samples of the dressings, and they even offered complimentary pita bread. Great service and great food.

Hummus Republic is hands down one of the best healthy Mediterranean spots around! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. Portions are generous, especially the protein, and the price is very reasonable for the quality you receive. Everything tastes clean, well seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared.
