Ordered online tonight asked for no cheese and fir burgers to be well done. We got cheese and raw hamburgers. We tried to call and get order fixed but no one answered the phone. We attempted several calls. The restaurant was basically empty so why are the phones not being answered? I had to call a corpus christi location and phone was answered quickly and young man very polite

Service is HORRIBLE! I called 4 times to place my order by phone and was hung up each time. Wasn’t even able to get an order in. So i decided to walk in and eat there since I wasn’t able to call it in. HUGE MISTAKE! In the 20 minutes of me waiting to get attended 5 different tables walked out due to poor service. Jessica finally decided to take my order.. Waited another while and my drink was never brought. I eventually had to walk out myself. Very disappointed! Was not able to eat breakfast after my night shift. Do not recommend!! Go to a different ihop!

We came in and immediately it smelled bad. It was myself and my elderly parents, we were one of two tables that were in there. We ordered... everything was good and I was told they could make a grilled cheese. Service was amazing slow for basically being the only people in there. My parents only ordered buscuits and gravy bacon pancakes and a grilled cheese. It took about 20 minutes for my parents food to arrive without the grilled cheese... then the grilled cheese arrives on this wheat like grainy bread. She said oh we are out of white bread which would have been nice to know ahead of time because I wouldnt have ordered it to begin with... didnt make a big deal about it just asked her to please take them off the ticket. Our waitress was a skinny older white lady who had a new hire shadowing her... and we THOUGHT she was nice until she started talking crap about my wanting white bread on our way out the door. How about you do your job and tell people what your out of so this doesn't happen. And don't talk bad about customers before they even leave. Needless to say I took my tip back. No wonder yall have no business. All over a stupid grilled cheese. To the girl shadowing this waitress... don't take notes. I should have given you the tip. So unbelievably rude to talk crap when a customer who was nice to you is heading out the door. Good grief!
