Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Some of the best food we've had in awhile. The Three sisters soup was very delicious. The flavor profile was on point. My husband had the soup as well as the beef hand pie. He said it was very very good. The crispy edges of the hand pie were very good and it wasn't greasy for a deep fried food item. You MUST try this restaurant. Service was very very professional and fast.

Got the Bison Tacos. Great stuff. The three sisters sound was scrumptious and the fry bread and Huckleberry sauce was awesome. A+ coming from Colorado/New Mexico area. Highly recommend!

I saw this place on the map and had to try it since I’ve never had anything like it. It was very good and filling, and the staff were very helpful. The service was quick, your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. I couldn’t bring myself to get a burger here, it just didn’t seem right, but the meat pie was excellent, and the soup was fantastic.
