⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jerrell's BETR BRGR is one of my favorite go-to burger spots in SoHo. I love coming here, especially after doing some shopping around SoHo. It’s tucked away on a quieter off street, which makes it a perfect place to sit down, relax, and enjoy a good meal—especially on a sunny New York day. When the weather’s right, this place really hits. The food is consistently good. Burgers, fries, shakes—whatever you order, it’s solid. I usually go for one of the classic burgers, and it never disappoints. The fries are great, and the shakes are 🔥. I had the strawberry shake (really good), and my girlfriend got the pineapple one—I still need to try that next time. The people working there are always cool, and the service is smooth. One tip: if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe, I’d avoid coming right when school lets out or during rush hour, especially with the Holland Tunnel traffic nearby. It can get a little loud and hectic around those times. Outside of that, it’s perfect. Overall, it’s a great SoHo stop for a quality burger and a shake, and I find myself coming back whenever I’m in the area. — Teyvon 🍔🥤

My boyfriend and I walked up and were immediately greeted by a knowledgeable and kind employee. He pointed us towards his favorite item (the Lil OG) and our food came out shortly after. The place can only house 6 diners at one time but with the speed of the food service, you don't have to hang around long. Great food, great service... can we get a location in MD???
