Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is one of the best restaurants downtown that no one seems to know about. I've been here 4 times now and it just seems to get better every time I go. Great atmosphere and amazing food (try the dumplings). The food sometimes take a little long to come out of the kitchen, but it's definitely worth the wait!

If you know Pho, you know this is a NO! The experience I had here was lack luster to say the least from service to food. The esthetic is nice but the ambiance throws it off. The staff is very rude ignoring you at times. I got two orders to go and the pho broth is deep brown in color with nothing added. Pho broth is supposed to be translucent. On top of that it was super salty, I threw it away what a waste. The other thing we had was udon noodles that were over cooked. Soggy, chewy spring rolls.. the list goes on. Disappointed in this noodle bar that cannot get the main ingredient right. Noodle bar that cannot cook noodles.

Was in town for a conference and decided to check this place out for dinner. What a hidden gem! It's tucked away underground in a nice quiet area. They were very accommodating - didn't book a reservation and they were able to squeeze us in with no wait. Super relaxed atmosphere and the food was incredible. If you happen to go when they offer the K-Bread...get it, you won't regret it! If I ever visit Buffalo again, I will definitely be back :)
