Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Absolute must try, owned by an incredible hardworking family. We got the Drunken Noodles and Basil fried rice . Tried the chicken rolls and they were delicious as well. The texture of noodles blew me away and went back got the Basil fried rice. The fried rice wasn’t up to the mark set by the noodles, otherwise a 5 star place. Am going to try again.

IF YOU HAVEN’T CHECKED THEM OUT PLEASE DO! This was hands down the best Thai/asian dishes I’ve had in a really long time. And I didn’t have to drive all the way to Pineville to go get it. We ordered the fresh spring roll with shrimp. LOVED LOVED IT… last time I ordered fresh spring rolls from other places there’s always added ingredients to the rice paper is hard. BUT NOT KAILO, everything was perfect it was also a huge spring roll and I love the simplicity of it. The chicken wings… loved them but I felt it needed something to dip it in. At home we have a Thai chilli fish sauce we keep in the fridge. Kinda like the same sauce for Papaya salad. But still good. Chicken Pad see ew… if you are more of a soy sauce base Asian noodle lover like myself… it’s like the best of both worlds of sweet and savory, And Chicken basil stir fry…. My mouth is drooling because once again simple ingredients BUT AMAZING FLAVOR, I loved the sweet peppers in it because it gave it this nice balance once you tasted the spice. Overall I will be back again and I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer.

I took my friend’s recommendation and tried Kailo at KO-OP Kitchen. OMG! It’s takeout only, but super yummy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Spring Rolls (3 for $6) - larger than most spring rolls served in the area, crispy, with good flavor. Kailo Chicken Wings ($9) - loved the house marinade seasoning. Chicken Basil Stir Fry ($15) - the flavor profile is immaculate, the peppers made this dish 🔥 - I loved and ate every bite.
