Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This was my first visit to Liljazzis, and I will definitely be returning. The restaurant is very cozy, with friendly staff and prompt service. The food was delicious, and the grits were some of the best I’ve ever had—creamy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I’m visiting family from out of town, and this experience was truly a highlight of my trip. I also appreciated the festive holiday décor, which added a welcoming and enjoyable touch to the atmosphere.

My wife had the Lily grits breakfast and she said it was the best breakfast she has ever eaten. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Met the owner and had a good conversation with her. We came back the next day and were not disappointed.

Was recommended to go here for breakfast by Florence Foodies group. I wasn't impressed at all with their breakfast. The omelet was a very large portion, but very salty. Waitress was nice and tons of seating around 8am. Very dark inside, walking up, I actually thought they were closed.
