Absolutely amazing food. After my first visit I knew I would have to come back to try more dishes. Nothing disappointed. Best Flan I've ever had. Staff is very friendly and will welcome you back on each visit. Lovely restaurant atmosphere always had patrons when I visited, yet was never too loud. This is one of those places you should make a point to visit even if you're just passing through.

I visited Mami Monchitas with my family back in 2019, and I’m serious when I say I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. Well, I finally made the trip back in Oct. 2025, and it was just as great as I remembered! Every piece of food/drink was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. My server was kind, cheerful and attentive, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was as mouthwatering as it was 6 years ago! I’m sure I will continue to daydream about this place until I make the trip back again.

The cashier at Rebecca Ruth’s recommended this to us and we are so glad we took her advice! The food was absolutely amazing! If you have never tried Honduran food (like us!) give it a chance. Our waitress made wonderful recommendations that allowed us to try a variety of items. Everything was delicious- flavorful without being overwhelming. The next time we are in Frankfort we will definitely be back!
