This is a very cozy restaurant with character and Midwest charm. It was busy the night we went but they have a nice area to wait and if you like checkers it won’t feel long at all. The staff is very friendly and the food is fresh and well prepared. They bring you this freshly baked bread that really sets the tone for good food. I had fish and wife had an individual pizza and both were good portions. It’s conveniently situated close to all the hotels so it’s an easy pick for a meal.

FANTASTIC! Came here on a Valentine's Day first date. It was wonderful! Jameson took great care of us, very attentive. Food was phenomenal. We got that flaming cheese dip, I've seen a video of it already on the website so we had to try it. I got the fried shrimp with the raspberry sauce, I opted to switch my sides and got the sweet potato french fries which they serve with a brown sugar butter sauce, OMG! Delicious! And I got the Parmesan spinach, which is the same as the spinach dip. My date got the turkey filet mignon, which I thought was rather salty and could use some type of sauce or an optional glaze. The chips with the flaming cheese dip was really salty as well. The restaurant put up a very nice Valentine's photo backdrop in the lobby so we had to have our picture taken. The atmosphere is very pleasant, we did not have to wait for a table since they had just opened but I've been here before and had to wait a while for a table. The front lobby is very pleasant with checkers tables to play while u wait, they are crafted from antique wooden Coca-Cola crates, very nostalgic. This place is great and I will definitely return. Employees were very welcoming and said hello & good bye, held doors open for us, the ladies bathroom was clean and well stocked (unfortunately that's a big problem with recent restaurants I've encountered). I give this place 5 stars!

The food was good. The atmosphere was great. Our server, Hayden, was amazing. I can't say enough good things about the service. Hayden was kind, helpful, professional, and skilled. Very good work ethic. Keep up the fantastic work!
