A very memorable Indian lunch! Great service, luscious food, all in an intimate setting. Spice levels are adjusted to your liking....🥵 I enjoyed the CHENNAI STYLE CHICKEN CURRY. Loads of spice and fluffy rice/Naan for accompaniment. Fish Tikka was moist and flavorful with perfectly grilled vegetables. Can't wait to return for dinner 😋!!

Very good and varied selection on Indian dishes. Had more than the "usual suspects". I had the lamb subzy, pakora, and samosas, wife had the dal tadka, mother had the three mango shrimp. We also had the roasted papad, and Lacha Parantha (a bread you don't see often in Indian restaurants). The food was well prepared, a generous portion (had enough for a second meal), my lamb was flavorful and tender. One other nice surprise was the Indian Chenin Blanc I had with my dinner. Being a person that enjoys good wine, I tasted it and asked for food recommendations that would pair with the wine. I spoke to one of my mentors who is local to Williamsburg and he concured with my statement that the wine was a very good and unexpected find. They also have a good selection of Indian Whiskeys as well. I usually don't write this long of a review but do recommended this restaurant and will be going back next time I am in Virginia.

Masal Craft in Williamsburg appears to be a wonderful choice for Indian cuisine. It is a family-run establishment with owners known for their generosity and friendliness. Parking is readily available and free. The staff is reportedly very polite, friendly, and respectful. The ambiance is described as colorful and decorative, evoking the atmosphere of India. The restaurant offers a diverse and flavorful menu. Their cocktails are highly praised, with "bomb dot com" and "go guava gone" being particularly recommended. It is suggested that they have the best bar in town. For appetizers, the chat of the day, samosa, chicken chili, and jalapeno cheese cutlets are all said to be amazing, with the chat of the day being a personal favorite. From the main courses, I tried the fish tikka, butter chicken, paneer nizami, and paneer pakhani , with the fish tikka and paneer nizami receiving high praise. The lachha paratha is also recommended. Overall, Masala Craft seems to be a highly recommended Indian restaurant, earning a 5/5 rating.
