OMG! So impressed! We ordered the 1/2 Chicken Club with 1/2 Pecanberry salad and a Black Angus Club with steamed broccoli. There was very little wait, even with the long line, and our food was brought out fresh and hot. After we started to eat, Julie, (staff member) came by to check on us! NEVER have I had someone come and check on me at a fast-food place!! Another staff person came by a while later and we were even able to chat with the manager. They go above and beyond to make sure they have customer satisfaction. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Pecanberry salad, but all of their salads looked amazing and low-cal! You can make any substitute you'd like to please your palate. If you're out and about and can't make up your mind, this is your stop. You'll be a repeat customer... promise!

Stopped by McAlister’s Deli in Bristol, VA, while waiting for a haircut appointment at Cost Cutters across the street, and it was fantastic! I had the Spiced Rye Reuben with broccoli, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly balanced and absolutely satisfying. My son had the Kids Club Sandwich with chips, and he loved every bite. The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out fresh and just right. A perfect spot for a quick, delicious meal while running errands. Highly recommend!

I'm recovering from a stomach bug and finally felt up to solid food and wanted something nutritious but not too heavy or spicy or anything that could trigger my stomach issues again. I got a baked potato and grilled chicken club, and made a lot of alterations. I was extremely impressed that my order was correct and just generally perfect.
