Plenty of soup, sandwich, salad and stuffed potato options. There was no waiting to place our order and it was right at lunchtime. The order taker was quick and friendly. It took twenty minutes for our food to be brought to our table. Not sure what the hold up was in the kitchen. The waitress was very sweet. I had asked 3 times to have something “on the side “ and not on the sandwich. It wasn’t on the sandwich but it also wasn’t on the plate at all. The southwest chicken salad was huge and full of chicken. The roast beef with horseradish sandwich was good. The jalapeño bread on the crunchy chicken sandwich was excellent. Overall, good place to stop for lunch. Just don’t be in a hurry.

I had the 12" Italian. It was awesome! Perfect Italian sandwich in my opinion. We'll be back. Counter staff were hard to understand since they didn't talk loud enough but other than that a great meal. Sat outside, had nice outdoor seating.

The food was good for sure but the service was extended. I ordered online and had been sitting there a little while. I see the short Caucasian girl with short brown hair who is bagging all to go orders but she is bagging every order up and taking them to the window. Online there is an option to pickup and there is an area to pickup your order inside so protocol should be followed because I didn’t choose to come through drive thru. After sitting there a while I asked a black girl with glasses at register if she could make sure my order was not being put in the window. She asked for my name and went to check and I guess my order wasn’t ready yet. Multiple people were ordering in line and they were getting their food without a problem. There was a short black girl with a ponytail who was running the food to tables who was awesome. She kept checking on me and asking me have they helped me and I told her I had just been waiting on my to go pickup order that I did online. The girl who was bagging my food literally had my food sitting near the drive thru window. Everybody else was just sitting around looking confused. The girl that helped me get my food asked a girl named Megan to get my kiddie drink that I ordered and she acted like she heard her but then proceeds to go fill up ice. So I’m still standing there with my food but no drink so the girl with short brown hair who was bagging food finally comes over and asked did I have everything I let her know I didn’t have my drink. She got it for me finally. I’ve never been at Mccalisters waiting for food for over 20 minutes especially when I ordered online. The timing was excessive and the customer service was very low. I appreciate the short black girl with ponytail running food and cleaning up tables because she was more concerned about me then everybody else. So I thank her!
