The FALL OFF for this place is crazy! When I was here two or three months ago, it seemed like the people who worked here gave a damn. Now? The service was so bad. I wish I could give it less than one star. The funny part is my daughters came in the week prior, told me about bad service and I didn’t believe them. I came in the restaurant at 4:05 and had to seat myself. It’s 4:21 and no one has offered me so much as a water. The girl behind the counter gave me a menu without speaking and never came back. Used to be a great experience now trash service. Food still good I guess if I ever get to order any. The sad part is that the four people of color just looking at me. Not a word. SMH 🤦🏾‍♂️ not an “I will be right with you”, nothing. Ok so it’s now 4:30 no one said a word so we are leaving.

this place is very hit or miss; unfortunately it hasn’t been good lately. The ramen is so greasy and oily without any flavor. Noodles are always over cooked and flavorless. Pork belly is under cooked. Super disappointed because this place used to be decent and it’s going down hill fast.

Was hoping to hit the spot of some cravings, but the ramen was so oily and had no flavor. Noodles tasted almost burnt. I asked the waitress if I could get extra seasoning or something and she brought out jalapeños and some other sort of spice but it could not save a “broth” that consisted of 90% oil. I told her that it was too oily and I couldn’t eat it, her recommendation was to pat the broth down with napkins to remove the excess oil. Even with what I could take out, it didn’t make a difference and it was completely inedible. 🤢😢
