Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Staff was friendly but they served me a burnt toast. This is average dinner foods, I admire their aim to be mostly gluten free and have various vegan options. I just wished they had savory and sweet menu instead of it being fixed to just savory or sweet. However for the sweet entrees options you can add certain sides to but for a hefty price. Example 3$ for one egg. Overall it was a neutral experience not worth going back for, except maybe to look at the pastries which looked pretty good.

I’ll start by saying if I had looked at the menu before coming I might have said no thank you. I’m a sausage and bacon kind of guy and it was breakfast time. I’m very happy to say I’m glad I didn’t poohpooh this place! It was summer and it was busy. They have a lot of servers, so you are never without coffee and water refills. The menu? They are vegetarian or vegan. Everything. But I had an omelette with “soysauge” and it was absolutely delicious! Came with roasted potatoes on the side. Wife had waffles with fruit overflowing them and they were also delicious. Turns out, I’m happy and surprised to say I definitely would recommend. Very reasonably priced as well. They only do breakfast and lunch, just a side note.

Second time here. Difficult to choose because it all sounds good. I love being able to get a tofu dish that I didn't fix myself. This also gives me ideas to try at home. Last time, I found the bakery items too sweet for my taste. Today I had a slice of banana bread with my entree (vs a roll or biscuit). They served it toasted with vegan butter-- it was amazing!! My friend had their unique version of an omelet that uses hash brown potatoes, and loved her dill roll with vegan butter.
